This adapter kit enables you to control a digital camera with a switch. It works with a specific model: the high specification Canon PowerShot A495.

Set-up is really simple: first connect a standard switch (any 3.5mm) into the socket on the interface box and then the lead into the USB socket on the camera. Turn on the camera, compose the picture on the large LCD screen and press the switch. Pictures are stored on the 2 GB memory card supplied.
